The Board of Directors for the Antelope Valley Country Club and Improvement Company (AVCC) is recommending  the formation of a charitable foundation for the benefit of the Antelope Valley’s youth and underserved. As a shareholder, the Board asks you to vote either in the affirmative where you agree with the Board’s recommendation to form this foundation or in the negative where you disagree with the Board’s recommendation to form this foundation.
